Why collected: Required for account creation, ride receipts, and customer support.
Shared with: First name shared with matched driver/rider. Email not shared with other users.
Why collected: Required to process ride payments, cancellation fees, and cleanup fees.
Shared with: Processed by payment processor. Full card numbers never stored on our servers.
Why collected: Required for driver identity verification and TNC compliance under Florida Statute § 627.748.
Shared with: Accessed only by Rock'n Rideshare staff for driver approval. Not shared with riders.
Why collected: Required for ride safety, insurance compliance, and dispute resolution. All parties consent before recording begins.
Shared with: Accessed only in connection with safety investigations, insurance claims, or legal proceedings.
Why collected: Required for app functionality, fraud prevention, and security.

Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. Sensitive data (payment info, documents) is encrypted at rest. Rock'n Rideshare does not sell personal data to third parties. Users can request deletion of their data at any time via our page.

This app is not directed at children under 13. It contains no violent content, sexual content, or controlled substance references. It does contain payment processing functionality and location tracking, which is why a Teen (13+) rating is appropriate.
Rock'n Rideshare requests the following device permissions. Each permission is required for core app functionality:

Required to show rider's pickup location on map, match with nearby drivers, and display driver's route.

Required for drivers only, to track their position during active rides so riders can see real-time driver location.
Microphone
Required for in-ride voice recording safety feature. Users provide explicit consent before any recording begins.
Camera
Required for drivers to photograph and upload their driver's license, insurance documents, and vehicle registration.
Internet Access
Required for all app functionality including ride booking, mapping, and payment processing.
Notifications
Required to send ride status updates, driver arrival alerts, and safety notifications.
